Coming from the PDA world, it there a way to include additional address books on the Blackberry? We have three office address books users could see in their PDAs but I'm not sure how to get them available in the Blackberry.

Also I noticed mail reconciliation does not remove deleted emails from the Blackberry. I believe I have the setting correct (synchronize moves and deletes) but the Blackberry keeps deleted emails (wireless sync is on).

Fyi I do have a Blackberry server.
